Enquire about my sessions
"Michelle has changed my life.
I was really lost whilst on the waiting list for diagnosis. She helped me not just to understand and accept myself, but put in place effective ways of battling my procrastination, clutter, emotional outbursts and meltdowns.

Once I finally got diagnosed officially, she expertly guided me through learning about my meds. Not to mention the grief process that I didn't expect after 'confirmation' I had ADHD."
